The room was well-designed and large plus it had a mini-bar, central heating, and an individual safe.

Everything was spot on.

Conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and ATMs. the rooms are stylish and kept very clean, with comfy beds. the location is fantastic for exploring 🌟. the price was reasonable at US$100.

Charming old and absolutely gorgeous hotel close to a railroad station. Fashionable room with a good bed, helpful staff. Good location, close to Dali City Pub, truly enjoyed this place. Perfect place for exploring Scilla.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and had a nice bed.

u' bais was a delightful surprise during my recent stay in scilla. the room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, with excellent housekeeping standards. the staff was pleasant and helpful, making me feel right at home. the decor, although old-fashioned, added a charming touch to the hotel's unique character.

Shower temperature was tricky.

The location was particularly good and incredible, for example, a railroad station was close to the venue. I randomly popped into Bar Como serving some pastries, located at walking distance from the hotel - it was nice. - Liked my room with a good bed.

Perfect location for early ferry, character-filled hotel, friendly staff, short walk to train station and beach, excellent breakfast variety.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, with the train station and the beach just a stone's throw away. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving me great advice on where to find the best restaurants in the area. The breakfast had a good selection of food, and I especially enjoyed the local fish dishes at the nearby restaurant. The room was comfortable and clean, with a balcony and sea views. it was a fantastic experience.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel had a good location, just a short walk to the train station and the beach. The building was also impressive, with a nice design and architecture. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and made us feel at home during our Christmas stay. Additionally, the room was comfortable and had a comfy bed.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. The breakfast wasn't great, with mainly pre-packaged sweet items and stale bread. The internet only worked in the lobby and the car park was not as advertised, as parking was on the street. while our stay was okay, we expected a bit more for the price we paid.

Visited Scilla for a quick beach getaway and Hotel U' Bais was the perfect choice. Just steps away from the train station and beach, it couldn't be more convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread had a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. one of our top two favorite places during our three-week trip.

The location of the hotel is very convenient if you are arriving by train, as it is right opposite the station and very close to the port for the Messina ferry. Despite the proximity to the railway, the rooms are well maintained and clean. Service from staff is helpful and attentive, particularly during breakfast. Breakfast offers a great variety and quality of food.

The hotel's décor might not appeal to everyone, with an old-fashioned style that could be seen as outdated.

We loved this hotel! It was perfect for us as we wanted to be right near the beach and transportation. We were actually surprised with the cleanliness of the room, which also had useful amenities such as a fridge and locker. The staff were friendly and accommodating, great to do an early check-in. The breakfast was good, and the hotel had all the facilities we needed.

The hotel is in a great location, just a minute walk from both the train station and the beach. the breakfast had a wide variety of foods, including meat, cheese and fresh bread. the staff were friendly and patient, helping us even though we didn't speak the language. We enjoyed our overall stay and would consider going back.

Some of the rooms had low ceilings, so if you're claustrophobic, be aware. the hotel is too close to the train station, so the noise of announcements and trains can be bothersome.
